Inter Miami moved to second place in the Eastern Conference after a 2-1 victory over New England Revolution. Lionel Messi scored his 26th goal of the year following a headed assist to German Berterame. The win secured a playoff spot for the Revolution, but New England dropped to third place in the standings. Dániel Gazdag continued a two-game scoring streak despite the loss.

Nashville SC held the top spot in the conference after a 3-2 win over Red Bull New York. The Supporters' Shield winners trailed by two goals before Sam Surridge headed in a stoppage-time winner. Two own goals forced by Nashville sealed the result. Nashville now matches Miami's points total but can break the tie with one point from their final match.

Red Bull New York is eliminated from the playoffs for the second consecutive season. The defeat marks the first time the club has missed the postseason in back-to-back years. The team had taken a 2-0 lead in Tennessee before collapsing in the final minutes.

In the Western Conference, Vancouver Whitecaps defeated Seattle Sounders 5-1. Brian White scored twice, starting his brace in the 56th minute. The victory extends Vancouver's momentum as they hold the first place in their conference. Seattle has lost three of its last five matches and sits one place below the wild card cutoff.

Chicago Fire defeated Colorado Rapids 4-2. Robert Lewandowski came off the bench to score the go-ahead goal and assist another. The win helps Chicago secure its position, while Colorado finishes the regular season in the final playoff spot. Colorado must beat FC Dallas on the final day to maintain home field advantage.

Charlotte FC beat Orlando City 4-0. Kristijan Kahlina made eight saves in the win. Orlando City clinched a final wild card spot based on other results. The team will face the New England Revolution in its last match of the season.

Decision Day is scheduled for next week. Teams will play their final regular season matches to determine the final playoff rankings and home field advantages. Nashville, Miami, and Vancouver are currently in strong positions for favorable matchups.
